Childhood

Chase's tennis journey began at age 5, alongside soccer, basketball, and taekwondo. By 8, he entered tournaments, and at 10, he began coaching, launching a neighborhood tennis lesson business. Tennis became his primary focus in middle school, training at the Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) in College Park, MD.

JTCC

In high school, Chase committed to the full-time program at JTCC, and had the opportunity to interact with future professional players, including Frances Tiafoe, Dennis Kudla and Robin Montgomery. With excellent guidance from coaches Mira Vlcek, Vesa Ponkka, and TC Costello, Chase was able to take his game to the next level and continue appreciating the value of coaching.

In addition, his love for coaching continued to grow and he found a rewarding experience regularly volunteering as part of the Game On program that brings tennis to underprivileged kids.

DI Tennis

Chase's formative experience and development at JTCC allowed him to accomplish his dream of playing DI tennis. Upon graduating from the JTCC program, Chase attended Georgia Southern University, where he studied finance.

As a freshman, he was elected as an Officer of the Southern Investment Association, the most selective student-led organization on campus.

IMG Academy

As Chase became increasingly interested in coaching, he continued pursuing his love for the game by securing a position as a coach at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL.

Under the mentorship of Red Ayme (traveling coach for former #2 ATP Tommy Haas), Chase was quickly identified as a standout amongst his peers.

Rick Macci Tennis Academy

Chase continued to flourish as a coach when he was hired by the Rick Macci Tennis Academy in Boca Raton, FL. As a Director, Chase combined his high playing level with his sharp analytical mindset to coach the academy's high-performance players, getting them tournament-ready. Chase also worked with professional players on the ATP and WTA tour.
